More than 130 years experience! Set up in 1873 and simply called Atlas, the original aim of the company was to produce, or purchase for resale, all types of equipment used in the building and subsequent running of a railroad network.
Today the Atlas Copco Group manufactures products on 53 production sites in 15 countries on five continents. Atlas Copco companies develop and manufacture electric and pneumatic tools, compressed air equipment, construction and mining equipment, assembly systems, and offer related service and equipment rental. The products are sold and rented under different brands through a worldwide sales and service network reaching 150 countries, half of which are served by wholly or partly owned sales companies. Head office is in Stockholm, Sweden.
