Craelius Impregnated Drill Bits
The characteristics of an impregnated drill bit are dependant on diamond type, matrix type, bonding between
diamonds and matrix, and crown profile. Craelius only uses the highest quality of diamonds and bond material
available in the market. "A low SC number refers to harder more wear resistant matrix, while a high SC number
refers to softer, more free cutting, less wear resistant matrix"
Correct selected Craelius bits are free cutting, (self sharpening), enable a constant penetration rate maintained
during the total life of the bit.
